It was clear from the beginning that only a complete revamp of the entire space would bring new energy to the clinic. That meant enhance the imagination and visualization process with a virtual renovation. We also needed renders for the investor pitch, so everybody could be on the same page.

the Clinic looked dated, and most materials, walls, flooring, etc were in rough shape. There was no overall feeling of wellbeing. The reception was at the end of the front hall with shelves of dog food on both sides. Storage was a huge issue, and doctors had no office for private conversations.

With a redesigned floorplan and photo realistic renders, we solved most of the problems. We could not gain more space from the neighbour offices, but the special reconfiguration created wonderful openness, using every inch of vertical wall space for storage. The new layout flows beautifully in this tight space, with maximum usage of every square inch.
